Padma Narenjee is an accomplished Change Management practitioner and HR management consultant with a career spanning over 30 years. Her consulting experience stems from her early years with the international consulting firm PricewaterhouseCoopers and later with Towers Perrin Forster & Crosby Inc. for a total of 10 years specializing in Organizational Effectiveness, Change Management, Organization Development, and Talent Management.  Her corporate experience includes senior management roles with Malaysia Smelting Corporation, Weatherford Solutions and PETRONAS Lubricant International. She excels at implementing Change Management initiatives for enterprise resource planning systems in both government agencies and private sector, having successfully completed a 5-year stint as the Change Management Lead & Subject Matter Expert for the Systems Integration and transformation towards Accrual Accounting for the Accountant General’s Office, Malaysia).

Mimi has over 27 years of international travel and hospitality experience, including nearly two decades in the aviation industry, where she specialized in key business areas such as new media, relationship management and ancillary income. She has successfully managed the design, preparation and implementation of product or service improvement initiatives that support strategic business plans and drive revenue growth.

As an expert in operational execution, Mimi possesses strong analytical skills and a proven track-record of delivering value and reducing customer effort. She is a highly articulate and effective communicator with excellent team building and interpersonal skills.
